We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
“No – definitely not smooth. The restaurant business has always been challenging with turnover, food costs, labor shortages, long hours, etc. Today’s climate makes it even more challenging as restaurants are having to manage their social media presence, implement and adapt to new technologies and deal with increasing food and labor costs.”
